Motor Vehicles
The Motor Vehicle Division of the Treasurer's Office issues vehicle titles, plates and registrations and collects all vehicle fees for on road vehicles for the residents of Muscatine County.
Motor vehicle renewals can be paid in the office, by mail or online using the PIN provided on the mailed notice. Online payments can be made with eCheck, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. A fee of $30 will be charged for all dishonored checks, drafts or orders as prescribed in Iowa Code 554.3512.
