Five-Year Construction Program

All physical assets, such as bridges, culverts, embankments, paving, and traffic controls, continually deteriorate, requiring that a certain percentage thereof be renewed every year. To accomplish this, the Muscatine County Engineer's Office develops programs of work. Here is the program of assets planned to be replaced/rehabilitated over the next five years.
