Flood Plain Information

Development Permits & Ordinance

If the property is in the flood plain and if there is any development on this property, such as any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation, or drilling operations, a Flood Plain Development Permit would need to be obtained through our office. All construction must be constructed to the Flood Plain standards.
